Lovely and nice employees!

The property was exceptionally friendly. Exceptionally nice unit with character. A work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and cable TV were convenient. Super and awesome location, in a lovely top end shopping strip. And right by central Florence, about a 5 minute walk from the duomo, the main attractions in Florence, and the centar.

The charming host made us feel welcome and provided valuable tips on local attractions and dining.

We had to navigate several flights of stairs to reach our room, quite exhausting after a long day of sightseeing.

I loved its especially helpful and thoughtful employees.

That hotel was friendly, the rooms were air conditioned and beds were nice. My room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. My window overlooked courtyard. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Florence...

Simply good breakfast options that energized our mornings.

We had the economy double room, located down a perilous and narrow staircase. Trying to haul our luggage down that thing was a nightmare. The shower situation was also ridiculous-sharing a tiny wet room with the toilet. To top it off, the pillows were hard and uncomfortable.

easy strolls to florence's best attractions and cafes

Staying at this charming place made my explorations so enjoyable, as it was just a short walk to the fine Ponte Vecchio and the beautiful Boboli Gardens, perfect for a calming afternoon stroll after visiting the busy markets nearby. The warm hospitality of the hosts really added to the experience.

The location offers immediate access to attractions while providing a serene refuge inside. The room featured beautiful decor and a terrace perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. A Nespresso coffee maker was a thoughtful addition, and the staff, particularly Carla, were very good in assisting us, including promptly replacing a hair dryer.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the Duomo and a lovely terrace that adds an extra charm to your morning coffee. The room was unique and spacious, with an comfy bed. Marco and his mother were very good too ensure our stay was enjoyable.
